Thank you, Zoe!

Our chair of Trustees James Baker shares a few words about Zoe LeBlanc, who is leaving Programming Historian after many years of dedication:

“Zoe joined the team in 2018 whilst completing her PhD. Since then, whilst navigating the challenges of being an early career scholar (culminating in her appointment at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2021), Zoe has made a remarkable contribution to the project, as an editor, Technical Lead, and latterly as Trustee of the charity.

Zoe was central to the additions of French and Portuguese journals to our portfolio, led on some notable improvements to the user experience of our site (search, dark mode, expanded author metadata), and has been a steadfast champion of PH. Most recently, she has made important contributions to our deliberations around the renewal of our technical infrastructure.”

Call for Reviewers

Do you to want to contribute to the development of another high-quality Programming Historian lesson?
